Trowbridge Area Board meets next Thursday (5/3).
One of the grant applications is from Trowbridge Town Council.
They 'only' want £20,000. Is this a proper use of your WC council tax?

Whilst the scheme is a worthy one, why didn't TTC precept for it in its 2020/21 budget?
If this gets the go-ahead I presume that the parish councils can do the same thing and ask the area board for funds rather than precepting their residents.
