Waste recycling centres.
Wiltshire Council's plan.
WC is keen not to repeat the errors made by other authorities.
It is currently planned/hoped to re-open at least some centres next week.
There is also concern to ensure that any 'return to school' will be safe and not made hazardous by drivers!!
