WC to sell land in Hilperton?
I would be amazed if WC doesn't.
WC cabinet is to consider declaring some WC land 'surplus' and thus available for sale.
It is the area to the rear of Wyke Road between Elizabeth Way and Victoria Road.
If cabinet agrees to the suggestion it is pretty certain that the land would be used for housing.
The WC cabinet meeting will be on-line at 10.00am next Tuesday agenda item 7.
