Persimmon Homes is proposing to submit a detailed planning application for a new residential scheme on this site.
Ahead of the submission of an application, Persimmon is seeking the views of the local community on their draft proposals.
They have set up a consultation webpage with details of the draft proposals, which can be accessed via the following link: https://sites.google.com/view/elizabeth-way
To inform local residents in Trowbridge and Hilperton about this consultation, a flyer is being distributed to 500 households this week.
Persimmon is inviting comments up until Sunday 28th June, before they prepare a submission of the planning application to the Local Planning Authority (Wiltshire Council).
