What is happening in the Gap?
On the Trowbridge side of Elizabeth Way!
There has been some 'work' going on recently.
The two fields concerned are 'owned' by Barratt and Persimmon.
Both held 'consultations' late last year/early this and both now seem to be preparing to submit formal planning applications.
The land is covered by the Hilperton Neighbourhood Development Plan (viewable via the parish council web site) and, hopefully, both developers will do what the HNDP, as a formal planning document carrying 'full weight', tells them to!!
