HGT llp.
Land in the Gap.
The outline planning application for the HGT llp land in the Gap was considered by a WC planning committee yesterday.
It was passed by the committee and now has to go through the 'reserved matters' procedure for details of the plan to be considered. So far, how to access to the site (off Elizabeth Way) has been agreed, with most other matters 'reserved'.
The number of planned houses was reduced from the original 210 to 'upto 165'.
