But we won't be told yet. I emailed the officer at WC today and received the following reply.
The January WAPC agenda should be published by the 13th January.
"Dear Cllr Clark,
The Inspector’s final report and recommendation has been received and I am working with the legal team to draft a report to take the matter to the Western Area Planning Committee (WAPC) – hopefully to their January meeting.
The Inspector’s report will be made available to WAPC members in the usual way as part of the officers’ report to committee and to the public when it is published online in advance of the committee meeting.
The committee may resolve to register or not to register the land (or part of the land if supported by the evidence) as a town or village green.
