Speeding in the village.
An ever-increasing problem.
The parish council has entered into an agreement with other local councils to help resolve this.
Next month will see a SID (Speed Indicator Device) installed on (probably) Marsh Road to alert motorists to their speed. As the device is shared between several councils it will be in position for only a few weeks.
The parish council is looking at ways to reduce both the volume and speed of traffic and, hopefully, more permanent action might be forthcoming next year.
