Easing of Covid lockdown....
...for election candidates.
The government has announced an easing of the restrictions on candidates for the May elections.
From next Monday (8th March) would-be candidates (and their 'assistants') will be allowed to deliver leaflets through your letterbox and, if they wish, to canvass you too.
If they want to talk to you they will need to keep at least 2m away from you and will not be permitted to enter your house.
