WWDC planning committee decision.
The WWDC planning committee met last night.
Application 07/01282 (to form two bedrooms and a shower room in the roof of 33 Cresswell Drive, Hilperton) was approved with conditions.
A proposal to refuse the application was defeated and the case officer conceded that the application was finely balanced.
This, in my opinion, highlights the importance of the open and democratic way that WWDC conducts its planning applications if there is any doubt about the 'correct' decision.
