Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

Hilperton won the west Wiltshire round for large villages (again).

We therefore went into the 'Wiltshire' round to be judged against the winners of the three other 'area' rounds.

We hoped to be judged the best in Wiltshire as it is exactly ten years since we won that award,  The plaque is on the wall by the war memorial.

Alas, we wern't successful!

The reults were as follows: 1st Whiteparish (South Wilts) 94 points.  2nd Bromham (Kennet) 86 points.  3rd = Box (North Wilts) and Hilperton (West Wilts) 85 points.

Oh well, ther's always 2023.....
