Hilperton Village Hall to benefit from new legal agreement.
Wiltshire County Council was adamant that the money wasn't required for education and the developer was prepared to see it used for a community purpose instead.

The village hall should receive £46,200 towards its improvement programme which will be of real benefit both to the inhabitants of the new development and the village as a whole.
