Chaos in Staverton?
WC has issued an order to close the B3105 for five months from 26th July!
The closure is required to allow Wessex Water to instal a new water main and to then resurface the road.
The closure is between the railway bridge and the river bridge and commences on the 26th July.
There will be two published diversions, but I'm sure you will know where to go.
It will be interesting to see what happens. If there were another 2,000+ houses it would be even more 'fun'. WC take note.....
Hopefully, Wessex Water will not need the full closure period to do their work.
