New affordable homes for Semington?
Semington affordable housing plans resubmitted.
An application by Jephson Housing Association to build on a field adjacent to the Turnpike Industrial Estate was withdrawn last year for technical reasons.
Recently (see above) a new outline application was submitted. Plans can still be inspected at the Bradley road offices of the District Council. Go to Planning Reception and quote reference number 07/02532/OUT.
'Late' comments from the public (either 'for' or 'against' an application) are usually considered so long as they are received within a few days of the closing date.
