Just a short update this month.
The ‘orange lump’ on the street light in Church Street, near the Lion & Fiddle, is only temporary and should be gone by 15th August.
The long awaited Local Plan will become ‘public’ on the afternoon of 3rd July. There will be a briefing for WC councillors before it is published.
A reminder that footpath HILP8 (through the Bellway Housing development) will be temporarily closed from 1st July until 1st January 2024.
Another reminder that the B3105 through Staverton is going to be closed. The closure will commence on 26th July and run for about five months! The closure will be between the railway bridge and the river bridge. This is to allow Wessex Water to install various new piping and to resurface the road.
