McDonald's update.
The 'main' planning application has been verified by WC.
There are now four planning applications for the site.
The first three are for advertising, the new application (PL/2023/05469) is for the actual building.
I have contacted the case officer to have the address 'amended' for the 'advert applications' in order that people have a better idea of where the 'restaurant' may be located. The amended address has been used for this application.
I have 'called-in' this application should the case officer be minded to permit the development. I have also 'called-in' the three advertising applications too.
