WWDC planning committee decisions.
One Avonside Ward item was not discussed last night.
Paxcroft Mead S.106 variation. By a unanimous decision the committee refused to vary the existing legal agreement. In addition the committee has instructed that WWDC should work with the applicant and interested parties to endeavour to secure a medical use.
Broughton Gifford - New house adjacent to Manor House. This application was not considered and so will go on the agenda for the Oct 4th meeting,
Hilperton - Variation of condition on existing storage units. Permitted with conditions.
