Temporary introduction of 30mph Speed Limit: B3105 (Part) Elizabeth Way
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Ref: TTRO 9000)
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: B3105 (Part) Elizabeth Way, Hilperton; from its roundabout junction with A361 to its roundabout junction with Wyke Road.
To enable: Firmacore Ltd to carry out construction of temporary works access.
The speed restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
This speed limit restriction will come into operation on 31 October 2023 and will be required until 01 November 2024.
It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
I thought that a TTRO could only last for six months but I await a reply from WC.
