Hilperton housing needs survey published.
Community First have published their Hilperton housing needs survey.
The survey got a 24% response and Comminity First reached the conclusion that a small amount of affordable housing was needed over the next few years.
The report states :-"The following indicates the minimum need over the next three years for affordable housing development in the parish. The rest do not have the immediate need for independent accomodation, or can afford to buy property for themselves.
Social rented housing
15 x one or two bedroom homes for singles or couples
10 x one or two bedroom bungalow for an elderly person/couple
6 x two bedroom homes for families
10 x three bedroom homes for families
2 x four bedroom homes for families
Shared/low cost home ownership
>
5 x two bedroom homes for singles or couples
6 x three bedroom homes for families."
If you would like to see a full copy of the report please contact me. If possible I would prefer to send it electronically rather than as an hard copy as it is quite a lengthy document.
