Roadworks at Fieldways roundabout.
Blame Wessex Water!
Wiltshire Council is on the case.
It has contacted Wesex Water and asked them to halt work until a revised traffic management plan has been agreed.
They are now filling any holes they have dug and will leave the site as soon as possible - however, this might not be until tomorrow morning.
