WWDC planning committee meets this week.
There are three Avonside items on the agenda.
Apart from considering the requirement to provide commuted sums for affordable housing, the following applications will be determined:-
Hilperton. 05/00822. Proposed rugby ground including clubhouse etc. Land opposite Paxcroft Farm, Devizes Road.
Trowbridge. 05/00821. Residential development of Green Lane rugby ground to enable relocation to Hilperton.
Broughton Gifford. 07/01674. New house - land adjacent Manor House.
Broughton Gifford. 07/12413. Listed building consent for above application.
The officer recommendation for all of these items is consent with varying conditions.
