McDonald's 'update'.
They had six months to lodge any planning appeal.
Any appeal, and essential supporting documents, must reach the Planning Inspectorate or the Planning Appeals Commission within 6 months of the date shown on the local planning authority's (LPA) decision notice.
WC (the LPA) issued the notice on 14th December 2023 and I have had nothing from either McDonald's or WC.
It is therefore reasonable that McD is now 'out of time' to lodge an appeal.
