New WC Chief Exec. agreed by council.
The appointment was confirmed at full council today.
Lucy Townsend was appointed as the new WC Chief Executive today.
The motion put before the council was:
"That Council:
a. Appoints Lucy Townsend as Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service of Wiltshire Council.
b. Designates Lucy Townsend the Returning Officer (RO) and Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) for Wiltshire Council."
The report stated that the annual salary range for the role is £184,168 – £196,598 per annum.
