Should this land have TVG status?

Should what remain of The Gap be registered as a Town or Village Green (TVG)?

It would seem that the owner of the land has erected 'Keep to the public footpath' signs.  These signs are a 'trigger event' for any TVG applications.

If you want to protect the land from development in the future, a TVG application must be lodged within the next ten months (approx).
