Village hall grants.
It wasn't good news at the WWDC meeting this week.
The county Village Hall Grant Scheme is managed by the village halls advisor at Community First on behalf of the County and District Councils.
Grants are available for major capital projects (such as extensions etc.) and the initial purchase of equipment and furniture. There is no provision within the current scheme to support waste collection costs.
