I have been given the following information by WC.
"This land is privately owned by a local gentleman who has carried out significant clearance of overgrown scrub.
No trees with protection orders have been removed, and the land is not designated as conservation land.
The owner is currently working with a planning agent to submit an application for access to the land and its use for agricultural storage.
Once the application is submitted, it will be available online for public comments. Based on the planning agent’s workload, I expect this to be with the LPA within the next 4–6 weeks.
A pre app has just been determined for this and I am not sure on the owners decision regarding submitting an application for a new access here.
In the meantime, the use of the land is not breaching planning control and the owner has been warned about driving over highways land.
Highways are also aware of this matter and have not taken formal action at present."
