If you have NOT yet had a polling card, you probably aren’t registered! If you click on Registering to vote - Wiltshire Council this should take you to the page on the WC web site. This page can also be used for postal votes, proxy votes etc.
The list of nominations for all vacancies is due to be published at 16.00 on 3rd April.
A revised application has been submitted for the proposed housing at Maxcroft Farm PL/2023/10559. Comments need to be with WC by the 16th April.
An application has been made for a drop kerb, and access, at the junction of Hilperton Drive and Ashton Road PL/2024/09664. This will, no doubt, be of interest to anyone living near the site.
A TTRO might be imposed on Middle Lane next month (on the Trowbridge side of Elizabeth Way) to allow a gas main to be laid. I have pointed out to WC that every other footpath from Victoria Road to Hilperton is already closed, and what route would WC propose for cyclists. I have yet to get a reply from the council.
