After some initial confusion over ownership of the land (WCC claimed, wrongly, that it was theirs) the legal wheels are now in motion to cease the building work currently taking place.

WWDC is intending to go to court today to seek an injunction against the landowners. This is a quicker process than seeking to place a 'stop notice' and, if disregarded, a criminal offence is then commited.
