Gallagher has appealed against another planning refusal.
Gallagher has submitted an appeal against the WWDC planning committee refusal of the 'H8' application on Paxcroft Mead. The application was objected to by Hilperton Parish Council.

It was refused because of the fact that the access via Leap Gate is unsatisfactory, and the planned density of housing is too high.

The appeal is likely to be heard at a public inquiry in the new year.
