Further to our conversation I can confirm that I have made clear to the gypsies at Semington that the importation of any more hardcore / scalpings to the site is wholly unacceptable to the council while the stop notice is in place.

However I have agreed that existing scalpings on the site can be re distributed to parts of the site where mud becomes a problem, particularly close to the entrance of the site where this will help prevent mud being dragged on to the highway.
