Wiltshire Council's Strategic Planning Committee considered the application this morning.

After a debate lasting nearly two hours, the committee decided, by a majority, to approve the outline application for up to 180 houses.

When 'reserved matters' are considered, it will probably go back for a committee, rather than officer, decision.
