A short presentation was made last night.

Prior to the HPC meeting last night a brief presentation was made to those present.

From plans shown at the meeting there were a few interesting points:-

The care home has disappeared.

Approx. 30 houses will be accessed from Whaddon Lane.

The remaining 270 houses will be accessed from Devizes Road.

Barwood Land intend to submit a planning application later this year - when they do, I am sure the WC planning portal will receive many objections.
