Liz says "The idea behind this enterprise is to spread the word about the climate crisis we are facing through our local communities, workplaces and anywhere where people come together and put pressure on our MPs to bring the crisis to national attention and actively start to address it.
"Experts believe we are facing the impact of climate change 25 years earlier than predicted. It is not just the weather: climate change will affect every aspect of our daily lives from health to food security.
"The overall ambition of this project is to put pressure on the government to treat the climate crisis with as much importance as it would treat any other national emergency and hold a briefing across all television channels on prime time television, which would be delivered by experts."
