WWDC planning committee meets this week.
Two Avonside Ward items are on the agenda.
The local items are:-
07/01903. 96 houses and public open space on land Between New Terrace and Marina Drive, Staverton. At the last meeting this item was deferred for a site visit.
07/03811. Removal of condition 7 of allowed appeal - land Between 47 and 49 Princess Gardens, Hilperton. This item should have been decided at the last meeting but was not taken due to time constraints.
In addition there is a 'non Avonside' item that might be of interest to residents that drive in to Trowbridge.
06/02941. Development of 35 apartments and 35 car parking spaces on the south side car park in Broad Street, Trowbridge.
