Unitary council rumbles ever closer.
The new council for Wiltshire stumbles on its way.
The full transcript can be found at Hansard 21 Feb and thankfully a few valid points were raised.
However, the Lords agreed to the Bill and it now goes back to the House of Commons. I believe that it is scheduled for Monday next.
