Why does the WWDC phone system still not work?
An ongoing tale of woe...
If you phone WWDC on the 'new' 776655 number you have probably had to wait or been sent back to the 'welcome' message time and time again.
This has been an ongoing problem and upgrades to the phone system have made no difference.
A report to Wednesday's Cabinet meeting (7.00 at Bradley Raod) admits "...there have been a few issues, both due to customer error and technical error." The report goes on to explain what the technical errors are, but doesn't seem to explain exactly how they will be rectified. However, the report 'requests that improvement work is given high priority and that funding should not be a reason for delaying improvements'.
Let's hope that, this time, they work!
