WWDC planning committee decisions.
The WWDC planning committee met last night.
In Hilperton, the developer for the land between 47-49 Princess Gardens saved themselves a few thousand pounds when the need to make a contribution to affordable housing was allowed to be removed. Cllr. Binding wasn't at the meeting and neither myself nor Cllr. Carbin could bring ourselves to support the change in policy forced through by the Conservative cabinet at WWDC.
The Riverside Development in Trowbridge got a thumbs-up from the planning committee, and so the eight screen cinema, bowling complex etc. moved a step closer to actually happening.
