Don't worry if your new pass hasn't arrived yet.
Unfortunately, due to problems nationally with encoding and packing these passes, new bus passes will not be posted until 3rd April and are being sent by second class post.

Everyone's current bus pass expires today, but Wiltshire bus companies have agreed that the old passes will still be accepted until 30th April by which time all of the new passes will have been delivered.

If people wish to travel outside the county the council has some temporary passes - you will need to contact the council for one of these to travel outside Wiltshire before your new 'national' pass arrives.
