School maintenance programme announced.
Three local schools are due to benefit.
There is currently a schools building maintenance backlog within the county of £61.2 million, with £14.1 million of this being the responsibility of WCC.
Whilst the 2008/9 programme is committed, the 2010/11 programme can only be considered indicative at present. The planned work is as follows :-
2008-09. Semington primary. Re-wire.
2010-11. Hilperton primary. Flat roof work.
2010-11. Holt primary. Boiler renewal.
