FOCSA claims success for rubbish collection changes.
WWDC states "The round changes, which took place on 21st April, have been successful, with the number of missed bins falling dramatically to well within the contract specification. This has meant that FOCSA have enough freed-up resources to begin to make improvements in performance regarding bin deliveries, fly tipping, bin removals and bulky household waste collections, although further work in these areas is still required."

So, FOCSA, what are you going to do next to improve your service to residents?
