Still no decision from WWDC.
It would seem that the planning officer originally allocated to this application has been 'very busy' and not really looked at it.

It has now been handed to a different officer and hopefully things will swiftly move towards a decision. If the officer is minded to grant permission it will have to go before the WWDC planning committee, but the officer can refuse it using delegated powers.
