"I can advise you that the necessary welfare enquiries have been completed, the Solicitor to the County Council has considered the facts and is currently drafting the County Council's evidence for submission to the local County Court.

Earlier this week, it appeared that some vehicles may have vacated the site since the group's first arrival at Little Marsh, however, the trespass continues and the County Council's position as Highway Authority remains unchanged.

The next significant event in the enforcement process is likely to be the service of documentation requiring the group's attendance at Court.
