Cabinet decides that enough is enough.
One of the recommendations to the cabinet was that an extra enforcement officer should be employed. However, the cabinet felt that there were enough 'wardens' already and that the new parking scheme had never been envisaged as a way to make money, and so they refused to act on the recommendation.
