New planning rules start this week.
'Permitted development' will cover more home conversions.
If you are in any doubt about how the new rules effect you, or have recently received advice from WWDC planning department and your proposal will not be implemented by 1 October 2008, please contact WWDC for further guidance.
As well as checking the legislation, you also need to check whether ‘permitted development rights’ have been removed from the property, if you are unsure of this, please see the WWDC ‘Do I Need To Make A Planning Application’ web page to find out about the free service they offer to help you determine this.
