Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

The application has been withdrawn, but may be re-submitted.
This follows a campaign by local residents opposing the scheme and the WWDC planning department asking Alvchurch for more information.

The lagoon is largely surrounded by housing and residents were concerned about the impact on local wildlife and amenities.

If the application is re-submitted, it will be treated as a 'new' application by WWDC and so both the parish council and local residents will receive fresh notification from the planning department.

If this happens, it is important that all the objections which have been made to the withdrawn application are sent in again for the 'new' application - WWDC will NOT carry them forward unless specifically asked to do so.
