Proposed 'Care Village' for Semington.
A new development could be on its way to Semington.
The land is the 'motel site' opposite The Hunt Close which is currently being marketed by the owners.
If it goes ahead, the scheme would comprise a 60 bed care home with 88 Extra Care suites located on the remainder of the site.
It would be a major development for the village and provide much needed local employment.
