How to improve our waste service.
The new council need to go forward, not back.
We need to remember that paper, and other organic waste, decomposes in landfill sites generating methane. This gas is a more powerful greenhouse gas than CO2!
Rather than standing still, or going backwards, the new council needs to improve the service by extending kerbside collection of cardboard and plastics across Wiltshire and NOT charging for the emptying of our green bins!
