Trowbridge schemes grind to a halt.
Little building in prospect for the county town.
The only certain exception is the ex-Wincanton site, now titled 'Shires Gateway'. Here, Parkridge Developments is building a 75,000 sq ft retail centre. Building is due to finish in May and shops could open in September. Shopping chains Next, Brantano and New Look have taken three of the main retail units.
