Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

'No justification to go against policy' says WWDC planning department.
The refusal gives six reasons, but the main one is that WWDC don't feel that the applicant has justified why WWDC policies H17 and H22 should be waived. In other words the council does not accept that there is a need for affordable housing in Hilperton that cannot be met in other ways.

Selwood Housing Society has the right to take the refusal to appeal, but I would be surprised if they choose to do so.
