Staverton Marina proposal returns.
ABC has resurrected its moorings proposal.
The lagoon is surrounded by housing and residents were rightly worried about both the impact on wildlife and on local amenities.
It would now seem that another formal application is on its way through the planning system.
The applicant has made a pre-application submission which has the reference W/09/00481/preapp.
West WWDC planners have asked for more information on water displacement, soft piling, the proposed mooring scheme and the re-opening of the Monmouth & Brecon Canal.
